I first became interested in Pilates when my dad was advised to take it up to help him manage persistent back pain.  I saw the tremendous benefits he gained from practicing Pilates, not only in terms of pain management, but in his whole wellbeing.  This really kickstarted my interest in learning Pilates too, eventually becoming an instructor myself to help others also experience its benefits.

I completed 18 months of rigorous training to become a BASI* qualified comprehensive Pilates teacher whilst living and working in London.  After that I then made the bold, slightly scary decision to quit my corporate career and focus full-time on my Pilates teaching as well as qualifying and setting up as a life coach.

I moved to Bristol in July 2017 to fulfil my ambition of setting up my own home studio.  I am passionate about understanding what my clients want to achieve and helping them to reach their physical goals while improving their mobility and strength.

If you are trying to find the right instructor for you, please take a look at testimonials from past clients or get in touch – I’d love to hear from you.
