My name is Ali and I am passionate about helping my clients to move better and feel better. I am an experienced Pilates instructor and my approach is all about making people feel at ease and enjoy their lessons, whilst also feeling challenged and stretched (literally and figuratively!).
The beauty of Pilates is that anyone can do it, regardless of their age, gender, size, flexibility, fitness or physical ability. Whether you’re interested in joining one of my group classes or prefer the idea of having a private lesson in my home Pilates studio, the variety of exercises makes it accessible to all and means there is always something new to achieve or learn to keep you motivated.
So why is Pilates so beneficial? It can help you to improve your tone, posture and flexibility plus it’s a great stress reliever as well. It can also aid recovery after an injury and can also be used to help manage any number of pathologies so that clients build their confidence and regain their strength. Pilates is also an excellent form of exercise for expectant mothers as well as post pregnancy too.
